But what you’ll always get is recipes that are realistic, practical, and designed to save you time. Plus, I’ll show you how to use your leftovers, because I don’t believe in making a fresh meal every single day.

Q: What kind of food will the meal plans include? 
No two weeks are exactly alike! The meal plans reflect whatever dietary focus I'm embracing personally at the time. For instance, if I'm eating gluten-free, the meals for that week will be gluten-free. However, you're always free to swap in gluten-containing ingredients if that suits your preferences. Generally, I prioritize a good balance of protein, fat, fiber, and carbs to keep our blood sugar stable. Expect plenty of meat and veggies in every plan, aiming for nutritious, balanced meals regardless of the week's theme.
 
Q: What if I have dietary restrictions or need to make substitutions?
I totally get it. While these plans are designed to be flexible, I’ll be sure to include tips and suggestions on how to modify recipes as needed. You can always adjust for your specific needs—whether it’s swapping out ingredients or simplifying the process.
